1. While submitting the registration form, students should to go the department where the elective is opted and  confirm the registration by putting their signature against their names in the list. 


2. Hard copy of initial list of students who have opted for the electives shall be kept in the department office.


3. As proof of registration, the department seal (where the elective is opted) shall be put on the registration form after verification.  


4. Only after this the student can submit the registration form in their respective departments.


5. No change in the elective will be permitted after 13.1.2018


6. Final list of students should be ready by 16.01.2018
