"Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD)"

  • CHRD was established in the year 2010, the center is developed to provide consultancy in the field of human resource development and management. The centre has carried the following activities

    • 1. Training program for one month to Belgaum Foundry Cluster in the area of Competency Mapping, Labour Laws, Compensation Management, Financial Management and Quality Control.

    2. Project report on the MNREGA to understand the impact of MNREGA on women in rural Belgaum District.

    3. Study on the advanced skills of engineering students on software's of Autodesk - Prism Enterprise Mumbai at Belgaum District.

    4. Study on the impact of Suvarna Gramodaya Yogana at Belgaum district.
