Outbound Training

Dept of MBA@GIT conducting out bound training program on 31/10/09 for the first semester students at Belgaum. The program was organized with an intention to teach management lessons outside the classroom. The learning skills of the students are enhanced through outdoor programs. This program was conducted by experienced faculties of Department of MBA, Gogte Institute of Technology, the resources persons were Prof P M.Kulkarni, Prof. S.K.Deshpande and Prof.Govindraj .R. Mane. The faculty members opined that such training programs would be instrumental to shed light to enhance and ensure practical based learning , these programs would also act as chisel students there by assist them to get their skills honed and attune them to the requirements of corporate expectations through building a flair and aplomb in them. They further said we need sow the seeds to development and groom them to perform to an apple pie order.
