"Centre for Human Resource Development (CHRD)"

CHRD was established in the year 2010, the center is developed to provide consultancy in the field of human resource development and management. In the very first year of the establishment the centre carried training program to Belgaum Foundry Cluster in the area of Competency Mapping, Labour Laws, Compensation Management, Financial Management, Quality Control, Six Sigma and taxation. The center also has undertaken training program for the press and media employee on marketing and advertisement of newspaper. Presently, the center has undertaken project on MNREGA to understand the impact of MNREGA on women in rural Belgaum district.
