About Department
The Department of Mathematics is established in the year 1979. The Department has achieved excellence in teaching and research. The department aims at fruitful collaboration between Research centers and Universities in India & Abroad for Research in Mathematics and Modeling.
Research center in the department is started in the year 2006. Department offers Ph.D in Mathematics. The faculty members are actively engaged in the research in the field of Graph theory, Spectral Graph Theory, Graph Polynomials, Graph Energy, Distances in Graphs etc.
