Power Electronics Lab

The lab is well furnished with a wide range of power electronic components and circuitry , like Thyristors, IGBT’s Power transistors and MOSFET’s with triggering modules. The laboratory is equipped with Analog, Digital and Power Electronics Circuits simulation software namely ICAP/4 with real components library. The Power electronics laboratory is equipped with Hewlett Packard Digital Storage Oscilloscope. The laboratory is well updated under AICTE, New Delhi - MODROBS grants scheme.
