Zonal Nasa  Students achievements

Department of Architecture was ranked 3rd out of 20 participating Colleges in Zonal NASA Convention organized by Acharya Nagarjuna College of Architecture, Guntur  (AP)  from 2nd to 4thOct. 2011.

1)     Students of Department of Architecture have won (1st  Prize) in Design Trophy  (Topic – Peace Monument) in Zonal Nasa organized by Acharya Nagarjuna College of  Architecture, Guntur  (AP)  from 2nd to 4th Oct. 2011.

2)    Students of Architecture won (1st Prize) in Cultural Trophy, theme “Expression” in Zonal  Nasa organized by Acharya Nagarjuna College of Architecture, Guntur (AP)  from 2/10/11 to 4/10/11.

3)     Students won Second Prize in Article Trophy in Zonal Nasa organized by Acharya Nagarjuna  College of Architecture, Guntur (AP)  from 2nd to 4th Oct. 2011.

  • 52nd Annual NASA convention of Students of Architecture, India, was held at Chennai in 2009,at  which the department won the citation for The Urban Redesign Trophy.
  • Birla White Yuva Ratna award for 2009, given to outstanding design selected through a competition at all India level was won by Mr Mohammad Mushab of our department.
  • Pidilite Industries Award given every year to outstanding theses by final year architecture students, was won by our students-Sachin Patil, Shreyank Khemlapure, and Shantesh Kelvekar.
  • Sachin Patil bags 8th rank overall in Visvesvaraya Technology University exams.
  • Recently Theses by Shantesh Kelvekar and Shreyank Khemlapure  were selected for presentation at Prestigious K.V Forum, 2009 held annually at CEPT, Ahmedabad.
  • On the eve of completion of 10 years of the department the magazine named ‘OCULUS’ was published.
